Monica and I ran a 5K this last weekend in St. George. The weather was perfect and the trip was a blast. This was Monica's first run and she did awesome. We sported our pink ear-muffs so everyone knew that we were together. They might have been funny but our ears stayed nice and warm. Our cute families came all bundled up and supported us and cheered us on.
We found the coolest new park while we were there. Not only did the girls love it, I enjoyed it myself. We hit three different parks there this last weekend. It was definitely park weather.

Good for you two! You know, I would have cheered you on too if I would have known you were coming south. Where's this new park? It looks pretty fun?

You are awesome! I ran a 5k once and I felt like I had run a marathon! I'm not much of a runner, so I think 3.whatever miles is a really big deal! Great Job!!!! I still haven't talked to my cousin about a getaway yet. We'll talk soon. What about the BACHELOR? Lovin' it.
i need a running buddy like you. that is so great! how fun to be in a race and in beautiful st. george! good planning on your part. we miss you guys, can we play sometime soon? it might just have to be the girls if our husbands are too busy, i'll work on it! love you lots, and way to go!
