Preslie finally lost a tooth

Preslie has been waiting and waiting for this day to come. She was the only one in her Kindergarten class that had not lost a tooth. Now being in First grade she could hardly wait to loose a tooth. It makes a lot of sense, Preslie did not get her first tooth until she was one year old. It was kind of funny because she had long hair that would be put in these cute little pig tails and she would smile and be all gums. It would throw people off. She looked old enough to have teeth. I actually asked the Dr., "Are there some kids that don't ever get teeth?" I was a little concerned. Now hopefully she gets her permanent ones in. This particular little tooth had been wiggly for quite sometime. Right before bed Preslie asked me if I could pull it out. I told her it was not quite ready. Five minutes later she came into my room telling me it was ready. She had been wiggling it and started to make it bleed. I pulled it a couple times and again told her that it was not quite ready. Five more minutes passed and she came in and told me it was ready now. I told her I would try One time. So I gave it a pull and she asked me to try one more time and I opened the tissue and there it was. She had no idea that I had pulled it out. She began screaming and cheering with the help of Mayci. They acted like we just won the Super Bowl. It was so funny. Preslie immediately ran to Brandts drawer to get the cute little tooth holder that Brandt and had brought back from his mission. She put her tooth in it and put it under her pillow for the tooth fairy. The girls were in bed and Preslie yelled for me to come in and talk to her. When I got in there she asked me to go and GOOGLE the tooth fairy to see if the tooth fairy was real. I loved it!

Tarzan Weekend

There is nothing better than being with my cute family. St. George + my family = HAPPINESS! We always seem to have a good time when we head South. I had to take a picture of my cute Mayci with the bag of beans. Mayci found some beans and added some water in hopes that a NUT TREE would grow. She was so determined she fed it everyday and made sure it had water. For those of you that know Mayci, you know that she knows what will work and won't. After trying to explain to her that a Nut Tree will not grow in a bag, she quickly answered that it will. Unfortunately she laid the bag to rest realizing that nothing was happening after days of nurturing it. Maybe one day Mayci will be ale to grow a nut tree from a bag. Love you Mace.

Clearfield Aquatic Center

Des and I took the kiddos swimming. Roc and Beckem had a blast. They had fun copying each other. Roc would go lay his head on the concrete and Beckem would follow. They thought they were pretty funny. These two have sure become good little buddies.
Trace and Mayci. This is sure going to be a cute picture for their wedding video. They say they are getting married. Port and Pres. I have no idea who is in the back ground there. He just wanted to be part of the picture, I guess.

Mayci was so kind to give her brother and sister a ride on the mini trike. She thought she was pretty hilarious. It was kind of funny.

Dog For Sale Dog Not for Sale

Why didn't anyone warn me that having a dog is like having a child? Are you kidding me? We finally had had it. The dog went up for sale. Our lives are so busy we just didn't realize how much work goes into a puppy. Our kids who were DYING to have a dog simply are not old enough to care for it all day like it needs. After a few days on KSL, Brandt and I decided to take him off and bite the bullet. We thought we might be setting a bad example to our kids by giving up on something that is hard. So Jack Welcome back to our family. DOg not for Sale!

ZUMBA

Jen and I are officially Zumba certified. We flew out to L.A. one evening grabbed some late dinner, and went to bed. Alarm goes off 5:00 A.M., caught a taxi and head to the convention center and ZUMBA all day long with some zumba instructions and earned our Zumba certification. Went to bed, Alarm 5:00 A.M., headed to the airport and headed home. Holy Cow, we blinked and it was all over. What a fun experience and look forward to starting up our Zumba classes.
