Future Falcettes...
Mayci and Preslie were able to go to a little dance camp and perform at the Clearfield High Football game for a fundraiser for the drill team (Of course i am going to support the drill team.) It was a little disco theme. They performed one dance and then all ages of the girls performed a dance to Dancing Queen by Abba. The girls have not stopped singing and dancing to that song since.

Island Park part 1
This year we went to Island Park for a family vacation with the Miles family (except for the Rogers due to Grayden getting his tonsils out.) We had so much fun!!!!!! We started the trip off by stopping in BEAR WORLD on the way to Island Park. Grandma and Grandpa Miles met us there. The girls thought it was so cool. They loved being able to pet some of the animals and ride the rides.
I actually enjoyed the rides myself.

Island Park Part 2
This was one of the girls high lights of the trip. Uncle Devin catching squirrels.
Devin put food out and got a box and tied fishing string to it. The kids and Devin would sit and wait for a squirrel to come and nibble at the food and then they would pull the string and capture it.
Waiting for the squirrel. Yes they did catch some.
Grandma was so cute, she had activities for the kids all weekend. They were sent on little hunts and were asked to make their beds, brush their teeth for pennies. They loved it and earned lots of pennies by the time the trip was over.
We spent a couple days boating. The water was a little chili but beautiful. We ate lunch on the boat and had a few dance parties.
The kids and guys went out fishing one day. Unfortunately we were unable to eat dinner that night because no fish were caught. Really no fish were caught but believe me, we ate dinner and lots more food. I promise we were never hungry!!

The 4 wheelers were a hit. Preslie had a blast on them. She constantly wanted to be on the 4 wheelers. I think she snuck a ride from everyone of us. There were lots of cool places to ride. Brandt, Aaron, Brita and myself followed Robb on an adventurous ride. It was so pretty up in the mountains and I am glad Robb is good at finding his way because I would have never found my way back.
We were filthy when we returned. It rained on us a little bit and we went through a couple little river/streams. We had goggle marks from the dirt. We all look pretty HOT!

It's too bad all great things have to come to an end. We had so much fun and will never forget all the fun memories that we made. I'm sure the girls camp games: signs and Ninja Destruction will go down in the books and the Miles Newly Wed game as well. I love spending time with everyone we always have so much fun. We missed the Rogers and hope we can do it again another time.

Date Night in Park City
Brandt and I spent Saturday night with some friends in Park City. We had a nice dinner then headed up to the Alpine slides. I hadn't been on the Alpine slides forever. We also rode the Coaster. That was awesome. I screamed like a little girl. We had a great time. I love spending time with my hubby.

Bear Lake Raspberry Days 2009
Bear Lake Raspberry Days is a weekend that I have looked forward too since I was a little girl. It has now become a weekend my own kids look forward to every year. So much goes on this weekend, it is a weekend full of events. It starts off with the annual Raspberry Day parade. This parade is known for lots of candy and fun.
Beckem and Abbi chillin watching the parade. Actually I think they were more worried about their cheerios they were eating.
Preskie, Mayci and Star(my cousins little girl.) They have their Wal-Mart bags ready to fill up with candy.
Our family is getting so big we all don't fit in the cabin any more. We have resorted to tents which my girls just love. They think it is pretty cool to sleep outside and that Grandma and Grandpa are sleeping outside as well. I wish I would have got a better picture of my parents tent. I never knew there was such thing as a 1 man tent aka midget tent.
The Rodeo is always a hit. Although we left early due to TIRED children. The girls chased the calf trying to pull the ribbon off it's tail to win $10. Preslie actually came very close. She got a little nervous to reach out and touch its tail. Mayci on the other hand stood in the middle and cried. She couldn't find Preslie or her cousins and became scared she then froze and cried until the clown rescued her.

The Beach is always fun. The girls are itching to go down to the beach the second they wake up and want to stay all day long.
Mayci is showing off her big muscles.

Preslie spent many hours trying to dig to China. Last year Brandt told her if she dug far enough she would find China. Her and her cousins worked really hard to find it. Unfortunately China was never discovered.
I LOVE MY BOYS!!!
Beckem and I chillin in the paddle boat.
Lifes a BEACH!!
Beckem and Abbi playing in the yard.
Beckem loves balls. I couldn't believe how interested he was, watching Craig and Brandt throwing the football down at the beach. He would wait for either one of them to throw it and would not take his eyes off it. It was so cute.
I have a pretty cool dad. I told him the only thing that was missing at Bear Lake (besides my Grandma) was a rope swing. When we were young we loved having the rope swing. My Grandpa took it down when us kids got older because he said every kid from Bear Lake would find there way to the rope swing. He was worried that someone could get hurt, so he took it down. So after mentioning that to my dad he was looking through the sheds to find a rope, ladder, piece of wood, and carpet piece to go over the wood. Do you think he found all of those things? Absolutely. My Grandpa keeps everything. Rope swing complete. Kids loved it. Thanks Grandpa Tom!
