Our family spent some time down in St. George this last week. We had a great time. Brandt and I celebrated our 7 year anniversary. I am a lucky girl to be married to such a wonderful husband and father. We love spending time with one another and with our beautiful girls. We spent a lot of time at the pool and Brandt was able to teach Preslie how to ride her bike with no training wheels. She did awesome. We are so proud of her. Her first attempt at no training wheels started on Friday afternoon. Maci was taking a nap and I had the video camera and she just didn't seem that interested in learning. We put the bike away and got Maci up and headed to the pool. Preslie was so excited to tell Maci how well she did with no training wheels. Brandt and I just smiled at oneanother knowing that she really didn't know what she was doing. After swimming we had ourselves a little BBQ in the back yard and said let's call this a night. Preslie insisted that we go and show Maci how she could ride her bike. Time for round two with no training wheels on Friday evening. She got on her bike and rode down the street with Brandt running behind her with no help. We couldn't believe it. I guess she really knew what she was talking about when she told Maci that she could ride with no training wheels.

IT'S A BOY!
Yeah! We are so excited. We found out the news yesterday. Brandt asked our Doctor probably 10 times if she were sure. She kept on saying, "It's A Boy." We broke the news to Preslie and she wasn't sure if she liked the idea. She thought we needed one more sister then we could have a brother. I showed Preslie the video of the ultra sound and she couldn't understand why her brother was not wearing any clothes. I explained that when babies come out of mommies they don't have clothes on and then mommies and daddies get to dress them. Preslie is certain that she had clothes on and that Jesus dressed her before she was born. She is pretty funny. It didn't take long for her to start showing her excitement for a new baby brother though. Maci still doesn't quite understand. If we talk about having a baby she just says, "I want it." Hopefully that is the case when he comes. The due date actually was changed from October 9Th to October 5Th. I of course am not complaining. Hopefully this picture is not too x-rated. Heidi, you wanted proof, there you go!

The Strawberry Patch
I am officially a blogger! I am actually kind of excited about this. We will see how it goes. My family pictures are of course a little out dated. With being pregnant and all, you probably won't be seeing an updated family picture for quite some time. I do have plans to get the girls pictures done here soon. I will update those when mission is complete. Our family is doing great. We are excited for the warm weather. We have been spending some time outside and starting our new fun garden. Strawberries were planted today thanks to Brandt and his cute little helper Preslie. We will keep you updated on this new exciting adventure in our lives. Here is a picture of our strawberry patch and our girly patch on such a windy day. We Love Strawberries and our little girls. A shout out to G&G Miles for the starters and also to my mom for the strawberry jam recipe. Thank you and Wish us luck!
