Friends Easter Party

Preslie was off track and I decided to hold a little friend Easter Party while Mayci was at school enjoying her Pre-School party. Unfortunately the morning of the party I woke up with the flu. Dang it. Seems to be going around the family. The party was postponed and worked in Mayci's favor because she was able to have a few friends over as well for the party. We decorated Easter Baskets, made cookies and went on a Easter Egg Hunt. They had a "HOPPY TIME" and were "EGGCITED" to be there. Those play on words never get old to me.

Wedding Crasher Party

Our good friends Darin and Kim held a Wedding Crashers party at Little America. We all got to celebrate their 15 Year Anniversary with them. Their actual wedding story is the funniest story you will ever hear. EVERYTHING went wrong for them starting from their engagement to the wedding day. Luckily their bad luck didn't effect their marriage because they are as happy as can be. After telling us this story in Lake Powell we all thought it would be fun to re-do their wedding day. Kim loved the idea and after years of planning she threw this party and was able to buy the wedding dress that she never had. We all were suppose to be dressed in wedding attire. We had a nice dinner, played some games and danced the night away with the coolest D.J. ever. Kim had asked a few of us in advance to make up a dance that we would perform that night. Their were 6 couples that performed this Revolution dance. It was a lot of fun. After the party Brandt and I spent the night at The Grand America and had ourselves a wonderful breakfast in the morning. We had a blast. Thank you Scotts for a great evening.

Aunt Claudias Easter Egg Hunt

Every year my Aunt Claudia holds her annual Easter Egg Hunt. This year Preslie had to stay home due to the flu bug. She was so sad. Her sweet little sister found all of Preslies eggs as well as her own and surprised her with all the treats that she could not eat. Mayci sure made Preslies day by doing that. They are such great little friends and would do anything for each other. Beckem sure enjoyed himself this year being able to walk around and collect his eggs. He caught on to the concept really well. It was fun watching them find their eggs.
