Raspberry Day's 2008

Unfortunately every year at Raspberry Days something makes the news. Usually not good news. This year our family was outside the cabin when we heard this plane flying and then like the engine had just stopped and then a sudden bang like it had hit a brick wall. A few of our family members took off on 4 wheelers and by foot to see what had happened. They returned shortly with horrible news that the plane had crashed on the beach and that 2 adults were killed in the wreck. Luckily it was earlier in the morning where there were not many on the beach. On a lighter note. Like always, we enjoyed all the festivities that go on at Bear Lake. The parade is always a hit. We leave with so much candy, shirts, necklaces, bracelets, toys, Frisbees and much more. We had to tell Preslie to get a little more aggressive while trying to keep Mayci from getting ran over by the floats.

The Koob tournaments were hot this past weekend. Craig on the ground trying to rule out Brandts victory.

The girls could not get enough of the 4 wheelers. Thank you dad for spending most of your time taxiing them all around. Good Times at Bear Lake.
