Bear Lake Raspberry Days is a weekend that I have looked forward too since I was a little girl. It has now become a weekend my own kids look forward to every year. So much goes on this weekend, it is a weekend full of events. It starts off with the annual Raspberry Day parade. This parade is known for lots of candy and fun.

Beckem and Abbi chillin watching the parade. Actually I think they were more worried about their cheerios they were eating.

Preskie, Mayci and Star(my cousins little girl.) They have their Wal-Mart bags ready to fill up with candy.

Our family is getting so big we all don't fit in the cabin any more. We have resorted to tents which my girls just love. They think it is pretty cool to sleep outside and that Grandma and Grandpa are sleeping outside as well. I wish I would have got a better picture of my parents tent. I never knew there was such thing as a 1 man tent aka midget tent.

The Rodeo is always a hit. Although we left early due to TIRED children. The girls chased the calf trying to pull the ribbon off it's tail to win $10. Preslie actually came very close. She got a little nervous to reach out and touch its tail. Mayci on the other hand stood in the middle and cried. She couldn't find Preslie or her cousins and became scared she then froze and cried until the clown rescued her.

The Beach is always fun. The girls are itching to go down to the beach the second they wake up and want to stay all day long.

Mayci is showing off her big muscles.

Preslie spent many hours trying to dig to China. Last year Brandt told her if she dug far enough she would find China. Her and her cousins worked really hard to find it. Unfortunately China was never discovered.

I LOVE MY BOYS!!!

Beckem and I chillin in the paddle boat.

Lifes a BEACH!!

Beckem and Abbi playing in the yard.

Beckem loves balls. I couldn't believe how interested he was, watching Craig and Brandt throwing the football down at the beach. He would wait for either one of them to throw it and would not take his eyes off it. It was so cute.

I have a pretty cool dad. I told him the only thing that was missing at Bear Lake (besides my Grandma) was a rope swing. When we were young we loved having the rope swing. My Grandpa took it down when us kids got older because he said every kid from Bear Lake would find there way to the rope swing. He was worried that someone could get hurt, so he took it down. So after mentioning that to my dad he was looking through the sheds to find a rope, ladder, piece of wood, and carpet piece to go over the wood. Do you think he found all of those things? Absolutely. My Grandpa keeps everything. Rope swing complete. Kids loved it. Thanks Grandpa Tom!

You have got to love the Big breakfasts every morning at Bear Lake. Beckem dug my moms pancakes. He downed 2 1/2 hotcakes. Nice work buddie.

Thank you Grandpa John for letting us come and play. We love spending time at Bear Lake and spending time with you!

Your pics are darling. I especially love the one of you and Beckem on the paddle boat. Glad you stayed afloat.
Those are really cute pictures of your whole family! I remember when we were kids and your family always talked about Bear Lake and how much fun you all had there. Im glad you have been able to carry on that tradition with your little family.
