Preslie and
Mayci decided they wanted to sell some lemonade and cookies. I agreed to it, and we started baking cookies and mixing up the lemonade. I asked the girls how much they wanted to sell them for and
Preslie answered, "one cent." I talked them into at least 10 cents. We sold out of cookies and lemonade so fast. The kids were all walking home form school and decided to make a stop at our corner. It was a success. Our neighbor asked
Mayci what she was going to buy with the money that she had earned and she quickly answered, "a sucker, a
Popsicle, and candy." Does that sound like
Mayci or what?

ohh.. that's one thing my girls miss doing.. the lemonade stand... when we were building and living at my parents, they always had lemonade stands... now, yeah, not too much traffic comes our way.
it makes for some good memories for the kids.
love all your posts
ahhhh that reminds me of growing up. I loved doing lemonade stands when I was younger. Oh, and I loved looking at the post of the pictures of the Susaeta family.
So cute! Looks like you guys are off to a great summer!
