We look forward to this party every year. We have a tradition that is so fun. Each family comes up with a service project and then we each tell about it. It is always fun hearing about what everybody did and most of all doing the project that we chose and teaching our children about service. We also each bring a story, game, or song to do. This year the girls and I made antlers for all the cousins to wear. There are nine Reindeer's and only 8 grandchildren so we invited Grandpa to be Rudolph and we sang "Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer." Our darn camera's batteries died so we were not able to get a picture. It was a fun night being with all of our family.
Neighborhood Girlfriends Party
A few of us girls from the neighborhood drew names and exchanged presents over a wonderful dinner at Corbins Restaurant. It is always fun getting together with the girls and enjoying each others company.
SUSAETA'S FAMILY CHRISTMAS PARTY
Unfortunately we forgot the camera. No pictures for this one. Even with out the camera we had a great time. My mom made us a wonderful dinner, McKell read us a Christmas story all by herself, and we opened presents. It was a good time.
NEIGHBORHOOD FRIENDS CHRISTMAS PARTY
Preslie and Mayci are so lucky to be surrounded by so many friends in our neighborhood. The girls drew names with their friends and had a little Christmas party. It was a lot of fun.
THE MILES FAMILY CHRISTMAS PARTY 2008
The Miles family is getting very big, so big we have to use the Stake Center to fit everybody. I believe I heard Brandts Grandma say that they have over 70 grandchildren and great grandchildren. It is always fun catching up with everybody. We ate dinner, saw Santa and even did some dancin! Thanks to Katie leading us in the Boot Scootin Boogie, and Robb (Brandts dad) for entertaining us with the YMCA. I have it all on video if anyone is interested in seeing it. We can't forget the electric slide. Brita and I pulled out the old go down on one knee move. We were feeling pretty good. Ha Ha. I just can't move like the old days. Here are a few pics from the event.!
